"There is no substitute for hard work and no compromise for integrity and ethics"
                                                                    Judge Cheri Beasley

As a judge I know the importance of my work and feel blessed with the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of my community. My strongest duty is to ensure that justice is truly accessible to all people. As a District Court Judge, I treat every individual in my courtroom with dignity and respect. I uphold the law without jeopardizing fair and prudent judgment. Justice always dictates my actions in each case. I look forward to bringing that same standard of fairness, ethics and justice to the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
